I think that Firefox on my computer was using 1.3GB of my CPU, So I think that there is a memory leak( well not a leak but it should not be using that much memory and increase every second,) in the program, since it started out as using about 77MB and now it is using nearly 100MB, which is very disturbing.

FF 3.5... The Firebug guy must be going postal any moment now.
Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
And notifying the next of kin
                Once again...

                  Why?

The new Firebug versions work great in FF3.5. They're actually even faster.

Eh... Three updates in three days? And still buggy?

Try a site that uses SIFR and then turn on Firebug.

Off topic, wtf is going on with IE8 and clearing floats with overflow:hidden??

Yes. Right after installing FF3.5 I was told Firebug was incompatible so I upgraded to the first new version that was compatible. And after that I did upgrade to every new version that came along, hoping they squashed the bugs that were bugging ( (: ) me.

Firebug is the one reason to use Firefox when developing sites, if it is buggy I might as well go back to Opera.

I've been using the Firebug betas for months without any issue.

First thing that happened was when you made changes to style declarations in Firebug the whole declaration disappeared. Furthermore, using the up and down keys to change positions didn't work.

Since the latest update all seems to be working well again but next time I won't be so eager to update Firefox.
