How would you be able to judge any such thing? Which engineering school did you go to?
      Unbelievable!

I know what I saw was not made by human hands.
I don't know what I saw, but it was not man made.
If you saw ball lighting you would know it was not made by man.

Based on what? How can you say who did or didn't make "it" if you can't even hazard a guess as to what "it" is? Why is it completely outside the realm of possibility that the best and brightest aeronautical engineers on the planet might be able to devise a contraption that your feeble intellect cannot understand? "Because because"?

Tesla was a man, was he not?

I do not believe in these things but...

It was hovering for about 5 seconds at tree top hight then started moving slowly to the east for about another 5 seconds.
It was very large and well lit. Then it flew up so fast that it became lost in the stars.
            Less than a second.
I don't think man has reached that speed yet.
I have tried to think that it may have been man made but......
            maybe a fluke of nature?
            I truly don't know.
            I don't know what I saw.

              Only on steroids.

Ok, so before it was "I know what I saw was not made by human hands...it was not man made," but now you qualify everything with "I don't think man has reached that speed yet"? Which is it; do you know it or do you only speculate?

Are you aware there's a world of difference between whether "man has reached that speed" and whether "aircraft of which the military has allowed the public to be aware have reached that speed"? The military is comprised of "man," is it not?
                  Unbelievable!

Well, lets say then, I don't know what I saw but it was damn weird.

Darius, you seem to be hoping very hard that it wasn't a UFO. Is there a phobia present in you?

                        A) I never denied that it's a UFO, which is simply an "unidentified flying object." Because he is unable to identify the thingymabobber moving through the sky, it is by definition a UFO. Whether or not it is of extraterrestrial origin is another matter entirely.

                        B) The only phobias I have relate to bald-faced assertions in the absence of scientific evidence, and the idea that any layperson could presume to know what "couldn't be manmade." In the absence of evidence, it could be anything.
                        Unbelievable!

Not really, since I'd certainly love to meet one of those dudes face-to-face some day. Until I do, however, they're just products of the imagination.

Have you ever seen...I don't know, an ant eater? If not, they still exist. I don't think anyone has seen all that exists.

I do not know if it was extraterrestriel.
                                I have no proof.
I just know what I saw.
