As far as I know, there is little to no international ferry service anywhere in the Caribbean. The only ferries I'm aware of go between islands in the same country or island group (eg. between St. Kitts and Nevis, or around the BVI) or from a mainland to islands within the same country (eg. Mexican mainland to Cozumel). There may be some exceptions I'm not aware of, but I wouldn't be planning a trip based on ferries.
