Blind Search Engine Comparison tool...Google was dead last for me

I did 10 queries and judged the accuracy/relevancy of the results. To my amazement, Google only had the best once! You vote which result list you prefer, and it reveals which engine it was. Bing had 6 of the best for me...

The picture today is pretty. The problem is the site design. They need a more organic way to incorporate the picture. Honestly, it looks like something I would have designed.

Both seem very simple and basic, which is how it should be.

The blue and orange "b" looks ugly too.

The part which is actually contained in the picture is fine (i.e. search field + explore menu).

It's the way the things AROUND the picture look relative to it which is bad.

BTW, the bing.com fare predictor and fare history feature for flights is pretty awesome. Don't know of something like this elsewhere: http://www.bing.com/travel/

Bing is incredibly ugly. Its travel predictor is only 70% accurate. If I WANTED TO GAMBLE ON MY FLIGHTS I'd fly Air France. And Google is still better.

I thought that there was another fare predictor out there. I've definitely heard of something like that.

Don't get me wrong; bing is much better looking than Yahoo. But it still looks a bit awkward. There's a lot of potential with the pretty picture. But they need to do some refining.
