When you're being arrested and resisting actively like Grandma in the video, it sure is **** ok. I'm betting tazering would have been a lot more pleasant than a fractured wrist or a dose of OC.

Tasers were always "sold" to the public as a preferable alternative to firearms. If Tasers did not exist would grandma have been a candidate for shooting?

Depends on the injury. If it was related to a reasonable use of force I would find it unfortunate but acceptable. If she came out looking like Rodney King I would probably have a problem with it.
