so I finally got around to hooking up my digital box and turning on my television. My tv is a 13 inch small tv I use in my room. Obviously not HD.
The signals I get in say HD on them, and do not fill up my entire screen. There are black bars on the top, bottom, and sides. Despite options that say it will adjust the screen size, it still won't fill the screen. So I'm assuming these signals are HD signals then? or widescreen? What's up with that?Comment
