You just wasted six ... no, seven ... seconds of your life reading this sentence.

I would only be interested if he wants to sell his soul.

He is in desperate need of that. His name has been false advertising for a long time.

This is probably the best advice.

It's interesting the little things we remember.

                          4. Find a roommate on Craigslist and live frugally.
This has been my modus operandi for the past five years and it's worked pretty well. The downside is if you let your guard down and start treating the house like a home, you'll discover vast quantities of accumulated sentimental crap that you'll have to deal with when the time inevitably comes for you to move.

No can do, mon ami. My place is too small for me only as it is.

Group houses are the thing to do in Washington.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

Yea, Group House via Craig's list.

I've been doing that here for 8 years now. (sorry, no openings) Apartments are overrated.
