        the girl whit no underwear is no more to fault then the photographer/editor. in my eyes this is a shared **** happens kind of thing.

            The photographer cannot see all of the detail that'll be captured in the final photo in the lens viewer.

            The editor sees many thousands of these pics and shouldn't be held too responsible for trying to see up the skirt of tens of thousands of teenage girls.

                  not the editor's mistake. Seriously, unless it's something glaring- how can he see?

                  What perv (other than me) are you going to hire to specifically look up the skirts of every girl in the yearbook to see if they are showing anything?

                      Exactly. They look at these things for a handful of seconds. The photographer just makes sure everyone in the club is in the shot, takes the pic, sends them away. The editor as well.

                      Unless it is something totally glaring, that can be seen in a second or two, they usually will not pick up on it.

                                I think his boss said it sucks, but not your fault. Or just shrugged it off. Obviously no one is going after the photographer... not even the mother.
