Why? Do you think that charge would be likely to stick?

The school should agree to reprint the yearbooks on the condition that the family pay for the reprinting. It's only fair - it's the daughter's fault the yearbook was 'ruined'.

Modern man calls walking more quickly in the same direction down the same road “change.”
The world, in the last three hundred years, has not changed except in that sense.

no it is not. the photographer is the supposed professional her and he didnt do his job right.
the photographer or the editor is at fault here. its there job to keep stuff like this out of the yearbook.

iam not saying they should do a reprint or anything, just saying laying all the blame on the girl is wrong

Yeah, because he can really tell in like the 10 seconds everyone is sitting there whether a girl is flashing her vagina, when every woman is sitting with their legs together.

Have you ever taken a group picture for a HS yearbook?

The biggest fault goes to the proof readers of the year book. They are supposed to catch that kind of stuff BEFORE it gets printed. That's their job

Though I can believe that they'd think what the principal said. "It was just a shadow". May not have occurred to any of them that girls are coming to school not wearing panties.

why is it so hard for you to admit the photographer/editor made a misstake?

                              Because the photographer didn't.

I'm sorry that I don't hold people to superhuman standards.

Why is it so hard for you to hold people personally responsible for their actions? Like not wearing underwear on picture day.

One of my HS yearbooks showed a partial nutsack from one of the junior boys v-ball team. Was wearing boxers with baggy shorts while sitting down at one of the ends. He became more popular because of it.
