One of our call centers was near a gay neighborhood so most of the staff were a strange mix.
There was always drama on who was allowed in which bathroom. One unpopular transvestite was forced to use the bathroom in the YWCA accross the street. Fortunately I worked in our downtown office and only went there when I had a project running there and had to do the supervisor training. I will say that despite all the teasing it was our highest rated call center in the country based on quality of calls and accuracy of the data collected. Even better than the mormans out in our Utah call center, and they were really good.

Our call center in Nebraska was staffed by rural housewives who didn't even have High School diplomas. Our one in Wisconsin was half students (who were good) and half housewives (who weren't).
