        Yeah, I heard that Civ4 is much harder than prior Civs. My brother and I used to routinely beat Deity on Civ2 but now he said Civ4 is very tough to beat even on lower difficulty levels.

          I just finished a civ III conquests game today, the middle ages scenario.

          Single player these days. I'm in Afghanistan and its a good pastime.

            I play other games, but I generally get in some Civ on the weekends. Fall from Heaven II helped keep it fresh, and Stardock does a good job of keeping the genre alive when Civ is between releases. GalCiv kept me sane during the Civ 3 years.

                    I occasionally break it out, but ever since I started playing MMOs they have dominated my long term time more (other games like Dwarf Fortress or Civ or whatever can dominate a weekend or even a week, but MMOs are what I go back to and play over months/etc).
