You seem to portray Dale as some kind of victim here, he's not. This whole thing is bizarre and stems from Dale getting upset by the comment that Dale sent me pictures of Panda sex via PM months ago. Apparently he went on some kind of warpath because such an accusation on the internet in Australia means he's going to be censored for the rest of his life, or something. When the Poly admin viewed the thread and laughed at the absurdity of the situation, Dale went off and deleted my posts. Then he came back and stalked me in many threads yammering about how I'm a moose rooter and then PMed me with what was clearly a deranged post and then sealed it with a death threat.

And you "sympathize" with him?

Never said I was a saint.

I'm a dick, especially to some people, of course. But Dale? This is just ridiculous, I've not done anything outlandish to him and I've never been banned or even warned about my dealings with him (exception: when Ming deleted my 'WTF is a moose rooter?' thread after Dale began stalking me in many threads accusing me of that).

LOTM can take his sympathies for Dale's actions and shove 'em. LOTM's just upset because he's repeatedly thrown tantrums at me and likes the fact that Dale wronged me. And that's not especially cool.
