I didn't know Dale too much, His Civ-mods were all too "busy" and "cluttered" for me, he did nothing as a staff member IIRC except for Moderating some forum i never posted in (and even then half the time he was arguing with Asher in OG or Community,) and now he goes off into the twilight zone.
And thats my take on it until something else changes.Order of the FlyComment

Now, as to what Asher had to say about him and his ability, I cant say much either because I am very satisfied with the Mods he made for me personally as well as the ones he did for the community
But I was not approving them based upon wether they rebuilt the game of not, I just enjoy playing them.
See, thats where me and many others differ, I play CIV for enjoyment, if i dont like it, I just dont play it.
If I said i could change a few games it would be that suck azz CIVIII
Then I would ask Sid why he stuck us in the azz with his railroad abomination
