Don't they have interwebs in Kaboom?

It was one of those things where my friends were happy for me, and so were my enemies

But I've managed to keep one step ahead of the bad guys so far.

Rufus T. Firefly is heading that direction too, I do believe. Kabul shall soon be ruled by Polytubbies.

It's good to see the Horse back here in his Aponyton stable.

does it look like the interested parties will eventually decide on some power sharing arrangement along tribal lines? What does the Afghan man on the street think will happen?

At the moment the parties are trying to settle it on the battlefield. But that can be seen as positioning for an eventual political settlement. The fighting season will start again soon.

What does the Afghan man on the street think will happen?
They mostly just want the war to go away and get on with rebuilding their lives. Ordinary Afghans are just sick of the whole thing and very war weary after 30 years of it. They don't take much interest in the war, except staying alive.
