b) Same thing with best friend, but number should probably be lower. 10-20% depending on how best friendish you actually are

c) Hopefully your girlfriend and best friend get along. You should spend time with both of them at the same time. Encourage your best friend to get a girlfriend with whom your girlfriend can be friends

d) Without knowing any of the facts of the situation I can tell you that for people your age and background (a) is a lot more likely to be happening than (b) is. Bear that in mind.
