Things To Do In Denver When You're Dead

Agree on Anwar's role in that. She had a similar (smaller) role in Scent of a Woman as the girl Pacino tangos with.

The trick isn't to break some eggs to make an omelette, it's convincing the eggs to break themselves in order to aspire to omelettehood.

I can't understand how anyone can think Jeffery Donovan is unlikable. His narration is the best part of "Burn Notice".

And Anwar is, by far, more than arm candy. If she is, then so is Bruce Campbell . After all, Fi (her character) is a demolitions expert, whose expertise has come in handy more than once.

QFT I don't find the narration forced at all and it adds instead of detracts from the show.
Which side are we on? We're on the side of the demons, Chief. We are evil men in the gardens of paradise, sent by the forces of death to spread devastation and destruction wherever we go. I'm surprised you didn't know that. --Saul Tigh

          You're misremembering.

The DVD commentary matches up with both what Mike and I are saying.

For god's sake, Whedon, the whole 'hunter decides he wants to hunt humans thing' hasn't been interesting or clever since the original short story. Your B plot was way more interesting.
Bah. If that were true, would Star Trek have made half a dozen episodes based around the premise, including an entire species in Voyager?

I watched the first two eps of Dollhouse on Hulu and it is pretty good so far. My expectations were pretty low.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

Watched the first, it was okay. Nothing amazing.
