And are you the person to give that to her? You see, I think what's getting overlooked here is that there is a human being attached to the tits and mimsy.

I didn't overlook that fact, I ignored it as irrelevant to the current discussion. If she were actually online asking "should I stop making my liver run like a formula one engine and get some counseling?" I would say "yes, of course." But she isn't, I have no means of contacting her, and I doubt she cares/would care about my opinion in any case. The only person asking here was Kid (and even he didn't take it as seriously as I'd have liked), so I gave him relevant advice: "don't screw around with emotionally unstable substance addicts." It's not like that advice is exactly contrary to her best interests either.
