Clearly these folks had no intention ofo honoring that (ie - slipping across some dude's ranch), and clearly, as the owner OF said ranch, he was entitled to defend it, and his livestock, which have already died from OTHER folks who have used his ranch as an illegal immigrant highway.

Given his track record of helping the border patrol, he should prolly be given a signing bonus and a badge, but instead...we sue the crap out of him.

Eh...I guess so. Don't ask me where the line is, because I don't really know. I do know I don't really give a **** about them, though. *shrug*

Now, if they learn English, stop sending all their money back home (ie, contribute to our economy more meaningfully), and integrate into our culture, after LEGALLY immigrating, my attitude will change. Until then, I don't really care if vigilantes go through the desert slashing water reservoirs, or whatever.
