The short version is: Lorizael found a neat gamer chick on a dating site. He invited her to come game with his other friends and while she was initially interested, she eventually declined, saying she was nervous about meeting a bunch of strangers at their house.
Gamer chick said she would be totally cool with meeting at a public place first, though. So Lorizael and gamer chick decided to meet at a bookstore after work. But a few hours before said meeting, gamer chick was unexpectedly called into work and had to cancel the date with poor Lorizael.
That was yesterday afternoon. Lorizael hasn't heard back from her yet, but if she was being honest, then she was working rather late and might not even be awake yet. Is gamer chick giving Lorizael the runaround?
Possibly relevant factoid: Lorizael is a crazy paranoid stalker and found gamer chick's twitter feed. From that, Lorizael was able to figure out that gamer chick was excited about the date. Of course, it's possible she ditched Lorizael for a more exciting man.
