Hmm, chocolate bacon. Well... I can't say I really want some but it seems people love bacon in all of its forms. Even with chocolate.

Lately I have been buying slab bacon from a German butcher shop though. It really is twice as good as the bacon bought at the supermarket because most commercial meat packers in the US soak their bacon in a brine which waters down the bacon flavor. This place just ages the whole slab without brinning it so that it loses water content and concentrates the flavors then they hickory smoke the whole thing. I usually have them thick cut the slab before I take it home and what you get are nice thick pieces of smoke flavored bacon with so much flavor that it is hard to accept the supermarket bacon any more.

You could always get a "Mo's bacon bar" which is a chocolate bar with bits of bacon.
