I fail to see how he kidnapped someone. Yes I know the rules on kidnapping. Even Boy George got charged and convicted with it for handcuffing a male escort. You can't hold someone against their will- I get it.

But the jury was not of his peers. There were no black men in the jury.

Can't the black man get a break?

I havent followed the case in any detail but it seems to me that the sentence is a big buncha bull****. ****in rapists get sentenced to less time than this.
