Being Secretary of State is in my opininion a political job.

Don't disagree, but it is a political job, and while he may be chosen on his military background, he wasn't acting as such. And Osama is Bush's best friend, helping him to win a second term, because Americans will be afraid of terrorists as long as Osama is running free.
