It's one of them things you don't even think really exists, or that it'¨s just a story or a joke, until you turn on the news and see some of the customs around the globe.

And hells yeah, that is a ROTTEN society, relativism not needed. 1000 man stone a 13 year old girl. That's ltos of ****ed up people right there. That being legal, adn sort of the thing to do, ****ed up society.
