I'll explain why I asked the question:
I have just filled the car up and it's ridiculous, even though it's a bit cheaper than a few months ago.
Then i read that OPEC are going to resrict production to maintain high prices- this annoyed me.
I do not for a second think that anyone is under a duty to sell me oil, however I do think that if the market is blamed for high prices and OPEC says they cannot increase production to meet demand when the price was around $140 that they should not reduce production when the price starts to drop.Space is big.
