My best guess is No. 2. I don't want to make up my mind which property I'm going to build on until I get there.

If I go the cottage route, it'll either be on the property two doors down from you or the property further down that what's-her-name found for me. Either way, I'll have to buy it, put it in Dolores's name, then lease it from you.

If I go the house route, I'll almost certainly go on your river property.

I have at least three designs for a cottage and three for a house...so right now, I have no idea what I'm doing.

My plans (at the moment) are to come over in January and decide what I'm going to do. You guys can start on the seawall and/or whatever. Then, if I have any retirement funds left once this CRASH is done, fly back here, turn in my retirement papers, get rid of what I need to get rid of, ship over what I'm going to ship over, etc. And then come back and finish whatever's being built.
