Hmmm, one question is: "Does your friend have a physical crush or a mental/emotional crush on this co-worker? I think a physical crush will pass quickly, if it is the latter, your friend might just really, really like her as a person and it's confusing him, maybe? I know I've been happier just being around certain people, and while it's not sexual, it is kinda weird. I don't mean to sound condescending or anything, I'm not implying I know more about your friend's feelings than he does, just explaining where I'm coming from. And no one famous really fits here.

As for famous people who i've thought were easy on the eyes: Harrison Ford in IJA The Temple of Doom, Russel Crowe in The Quick and the Dead , Brad Pitt and George Clooney in general. I realize the first two probably have everyone else going WTF? and the last two are probably considered over-rated amongst straight women/ gay men, but, it is what it is. I specialize in finding women attractive, so excuse me if my guy-hotness-meter is a little mis-calibrated.
