Unless this painter is Christian, Moses shouldn't really be in this painting.

What if the painter is Jewish?

Applying numbers to the picture has been suggested, to allow for easier reference, but I hardly think the scope and importance of this entertaining pastime really merits it. (Too lazy ).

I'll get the ball rolling by naming Marilyn Monroe. She's toward the top of the picture, right below that well-known guy who's between the two morons.
If you could send a crack military team into rescue Marilyn, then frag the rest of the group, you might be onto a solution for many ills.

Leonardo Da vinci below Micheal Moore.
Don't think so, current thinking is that Da Vinci is in the 2 of 4 pic. Is the guy in yellow at the table, with his arms outstretched Zhang Jiao?

No, though after doing a google image search, I see where you are coming from. There are two major images of Da Vinci: one that does resemble the guy in this (third) picture, especially the hat, and one that looks EXACTLY like the guy in the second picture. However, the deciding factor is the guy in the second picture is over a Da Vinci drawing, so this guy has to be someone else.

edit: Also, I think the painter actually managed to screw up Monroe worse than Hepburn.

There are dementors in the backgroud.

He should be in Civ4 twice: once as engineer, once as artist.

Who is the cigar-smoking guy beside Julius Caesar? He reminds me somewhat of one of the criminal masterminds from The Adventures of Tintin.

                          Maybe it's Humphrey Bogart?

Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
And notifying the next of kin
                            Once again...
