              I wouldn't be shocked, no, but I also wouldn't be shocked if I heard that three out of five African teenagers knows how to strip, clean and operate an AK-47 better than most Russian soldiers. Accepting the apparently quite severe practical limitations of human decency and condoning them are two different things.
