There's a bit of smoke from the engine and a compression artifact or two, but nothing flagrant. Please educate me.

Frame 1-2-3 are real. You could see that frame 2 and 3 don't share the same background(there more people on 3, more cars, frame 3 don't have the white boat)

But for frame 4; they took the background of frame 2, and just photoshopped it a lot & added compression in order to mask their photoshopping.

Of course I saw that the backgrounds differed, but that means precisely zilch. If all of this happened in the course of 5 seconds, then you'd have a point, but since this would have taken place over several hours, obviously mobile objects in the background would change position.

And I can't even imagine how you think the Frame 4 background is a copy-paste from Frame 2's: there's a different number of people in totally different positions. The cars may be the same, but that's just a result of different times of day, when different people's routines bring them there. Open your eyes man.
