I think Obama is trying to look like he's moving to the center too much, but I guess they think they know the're doing. I know some liberals already aren't going to vote.

Obama selects Biden to be veep running mate
Democratic presidential hopefuls Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., left, laughs with Sen. Joseph Biden, D-Del., before the start of a presidential forum hosted by the AFL-CIO at Soldier Field in Chicago, in this Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2007 file photo. Sen. Joe Biden of Delaware is Barack Obama's pick as vice presidential running mate, The Associated Press has learned Saturday Aug. 23, 2008.

      Shows what I know!

I wonder how Biden explained calling Barrack a "clean" black person went?

Perhaps they just agreed that all 7-11's in Deleware are owned by Indians?

I think Obama is just punchy. It's not you, it's him. You were probably thinking somewhat logically.

Obama introduced Biden as "the next President of the United States" then caught himself and said "the next Vice-President of the United States". Even Obama know deep down that Biden is more qualified to be President than he is.
'There is a greater darkness than the one we fight. It is the darkness of the soul that has lost its way. The war we fight is not against powers and principalities, it is against chaos and despair. Greater than the death of flesh is the death of hope, the death of dreams. Against this peril we can never surrender. The future is all around us, waiting, in moments of transition, to be born in moments of revelation. No one knows the shape of that future or where it will take us. We know only that it is always born in pain.'"

Wait for Ramo and Rufus T. Firefly to explain how Obama probably deliberately misspoke in order to appear less elitist and Messiah-like.
