Beleifs are only necessary for things that fulfill one of the following three things.
1) Things you are absolutely sure of.
2) Things which it is impossible to acquire evidence for.
3) Things which are currently lacking evidence.
Frozzy's ignorance isn't important enough to be 1), it isn't important enough to be 2), and there is evidence for it (so 2) and 3) aren't true).
