The truth is actually interesting. There's a big question about whether AQ ever had independent organization. In fact, it's a huge stretch to claim that OBL could remain hiden without some help from some government at this time. But which govt is keeping him hidden?

Since a building is not alive, it cannot have a disease so your hypothesis is outside of my expertise. As a cellular microbiologist with more research experience than anyone else here, I'd say that I'm sceptical.
