He'd also complained that the state didn't give him enough welfare though he had loads of time to post on the net when he should have been looking for a job.

As I recall he was a big supporter of the idea that the CIA blew up the WTC.

Well, thats the point - you don't do it secretly - you do it in the open.

One of the suggestions on http://ing.dk/artikel/73135 was that the buildings electrician got a load of "gauges" that should be placed all over the building monitoring "vibrations".

Yeah, just as expected - no helpful hints about who really placed the bombs

though, this bit is actually interesting :

The investigators also reported that if the city water main had not been cut by the collapse of World Trade Center towers 1 and 2 (WTC 1 and WTC 2), operating sprinklers in WTC 7 would likely have prevented its collapse.
It actually makes some kind of sense

It didn't take Timothy McVeigh 2 weeks to prepare the Alfred Murry building for demolition.

Maybe that's because planting **** for a terrorist act has nothing to do with a controlled demolition

Right .... Oh except that they both make big buildings fall down, and that's what we're talking about.

Isn't the "official government story" a juicy conspiracy theory?

Sometimes it helps to actually read the thread:

                            onodera:
Can't we all agree on a moderate viewpoint?
The planes were piloted by real terrorists, but the government triggered the controlled demolition of the WTC to prevent it from falling apart and damaging nearby skyscrapers.

                            BlackCat:
No problem - just one small point - it takes something like 2-3 weeks to prepare a controlled demolition of such a building.

We are talking about the way WTC 7 fell down, which lead some conspiracy guys to claim that is was probably a controlled demolition, to which BlackCat said that such a demolition would need weeks, if not months (Che) to prepare. That is why the hint to Timothy McVeigh needing much less time is rather irrelevant, since nobody claims in that case that a controlled demolition was his goal, and the site in Oklahoma didn't look like it. So comparing the time needed for an (assumed) controlled demolition to a case where someone just wanted to blow something up is nonsense.

                              BeBro,

Do you know how to prepare a building for demolition?
