That's right. And if anyone have a rightful claim other than Denmark, it must be the US or Norway.
Norway for actually owning and colonizing the place a long time ago, and the US for...protecting it during WW2.
Now, the ev0l international court decided against us Norwegians in the 30s, but heavens know we need the oil, so perhaps a belated appeal would be in order.

China has a very long way to go...but they will probably be there. They are doing a good job overseas...particularly in Africa. The Chinese are very good about leveraging their financial advantage. It will be very interesting how they handle increasing domestic consumption and wages over the next 50 years. They do have a lot of challenges.
