That's right, that's one of the reasons I like to take winters off. That and CERN, and the 11th planet, and flying rods, and chemtrails and radio signals going out into space, and fusion, and bigfoot and the Russians.

Might as well enjoy life a bit before one of these get us the day before we retire.

The PNW is a nice place. I live near the ocean in a small town 50 miles from anywhere. The air is fresh, the country is green, its good. Winters can be nasty though.

The Phils are different in a few important ways. It's warm in the winter, the people are warm. There is still culture there that's old style, kinda like the 1950s somehow. Labor is cheap and we can live on the ocean soon. My wife's family is there and they a easy to get along with. The ocean is warm for swimming, a bottle of rum that would cost $20 here costs $2.50 there. Mangos are soo sweet...

It's the feel of the place Aeson, its why people keep coming back. Zkrib's coming back and building a place, Theben has changed again and is coming back this trip. They put a pod under your bed that...opppss, better not say anything about that.
