Racing has a $2,000 - $10,000 range. Speeding doesn't come close to that. If you are in the top speed bracket (greater than 50 over) Speeding fines are about $10/km over. You would have to be 200km over the limit for a $2K fine. Even Asher doesn't drive that fast.

I don't have a problem with the idea of the Racing charge, just the way it is written and implemented.
