You can't include MI in any popular vote contest unless you give Obama the 'undecided' vote, which would give him back the lead.
I would assume the deal that made this possible had a caveat that prevented Hillary from winning the nomination (or was made knowing she would not win). Anything else will be a disaster for the Dems.<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.
