I'm gonna see it next week, perhaps. I doubt it will piss me off, maybe just amuse. Russians in Hollywood movies are so amusing, so freaking far from the real Russians.

I laughed at Rocky-4 or Rambo-2,3, so I think I will laugh at Indi-4 too. But I bet it is the worst movie of the series (first three IJ films are one of my favorites movies of all times), just like Terminator-3 is the worst of Terminator series

btw, Harrison Ford is half-Russian, half-Irish, iirc.

That's they're upset about something like this shows how insignificant Russia has become in the world.
“As a lifelong member of the Columbia Business School community, I adhere to the principles of truth, integrity, and respect. I will not lie, cheat, steal, or tolerate those who do.”

Russia cannot be insignificant in the world, by definition.

Yes, the South American variety, as in the opening of Raiders.
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

                    I assume it's his half-russian part that makes him a 2nd-rate actor?

I think that opinion in the United States is decidedly different from the rest of the world because we have a free press -- by free, I mean a virgorously presented right wing point of view on the air and available to all.- Ned

The moron who said that Harrison Ford is a 2nd-rate actor is a 2nd rate communist himself (K-19 is the only Hollywood heroic saga about the Soviet officers, though the movie is still a piece of BS, Ford was great there).

This I've heard is a mistranslation. In several other languages saying 'we will bury you' has the impression of 'we will bury you because we outlasted you' whereas in English, its more 'we will bury you because we killed you'

                              I always assumed both.

I like Communists. They're so quaint, like hand knitted jumpers or floppy disks. There's something so wonderfully 20th Century about them.
