“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
- John 13:34-35 (NRSV)
The issue with eating one big meal versus many smaller meals isn't to do with being hungry throughout the day (as if you do eat just one big meal, you will be very use to it). The issue is that it lowers your metabolism.
For people who have fine metabolisms and aren't focused on weight lifting/etc, eating a single meal in a day might be even more healthy than eating many meals in a day.

GENERATION 35: The first time you see this, copy it into your sig on any forum and add 1 to the generation. Social experiment.
Absolutely not true. Eating one large meal is FAR less healthy than eating multiple small meals, especially when it is a carb-full meal; you will end up hungry and snacking too much the rest of the day
As I said, you must have willpower. Personally, if I have Chipotle for lunch, my appetite is pretty much done for the rest of the day.

Then you'll have to get your caffeine elsewhere as Coca-Cola will be gone.... and don't pretend you actually like Pepsi
