It was Bush Sr.'s decision to not send heavy armor to the area as the army requested? I would have thought that was a Clinton admin decision.

And the thing to do against terrorists is counter terrorism, NOT invade countries that have nothing to do with the matter and create a recruitment tool.

Don't forget that he won the Kosovo war with hardly any (if any) Americans killed.

I can pretty much guarantee you that it wasn't the bombings that brought the Kosovo misadventure to a close. A threatened ground invasion and Russian pressure seem to have been more important factors.
