How long will the modern world allow this kind of backwardness?
From time to time there are news about some previously unknown tribes found, for example this one in the Amazonas region: http://www.iht.com/articles/ap/2007/...il-Indians.php
Unbelievably, they have no modern stuff whatsoever and do funny things like these: "the men wear penis sheaths and several have plates in their lower lips, he said. The women shave the tops of their heads". They probably believe a lot of nonsense too.
So why is the world doing nothing against this misery??? We need to bring'em into modernity asap! They probably can't even read the newspapers or send eMail.
Here are my suggestions:
1. Send immediately lots of people to them for cultural contact. Since there may be security issues these people should be all armed. Ideally, let the military do the job.
2. Build up their infrastructure. Highways and airports all the way, baby!
3. Take away their stupid penis sheaths and give'em some real clothes. If they don't like it, beat them up.
4. Isolate their shamans or whatever guys of authority they have, because these are oppressors and agents of evil. Beat those up too, or kill'em right away to be done with it. Don't allow those troublemakers to escape into exile, this will only give them a chance to conspire again.
5. Don't allow the press to go there and make pictures. Nobody cares about them tribes anyway.
That will be a good start, but I'm open to hear other suggestions.
