Sky One is part of Murdoch's Empire, so you may see it on in America under one of his umbrella channels over there.
One day Canada will rule the world, and then we'll all be sorry.

Ah, so there is still a glimmer of hope then.

Um, Zkrib, check you calendar: March 3 already happened. And it's the U.S. DVD release, not a network airing.
            Try to keep up.

I saw this was on and if it's good will probably download it rather than wait for it to hit our screens (other than on Sky).

                        Did people like it?

Darn. I just drove all the way out to Best Buy last weekend to buy Civ IV.

Dr Spike -- Hogfather was good, but not as good as the book. One thumb up.

Hogfather was different, in a probably good way, sort of. It had the usual British TV stuff, similar to how Neverwhere did - so it was quite different than the book, though maintaining a similarity plot-wise to it certainly, and maintaining some of the humour, but changing others to be somewhat more visual/physical.

I haven't read the book or seen the movie but I will buy the DVD some time after it is released here. It has been mentioned several times in the past few months at Poly so my interest is piqued.

I'm waiting for Interesting Times. That's just perfect to be made into a movie.

Aide: Right. And there's only 6 of them. There's 60,000 of us. And yet they're smiling.
