Zkrib, somehow I missed your question about property size, but I don't know the answer. Teresa can go to the Garcia municipal office and look it up for you.

We passed on the money you left which we converted into pesos so it's in her hands now and so she'll use it as needed to get around on whatever errand you ask of her. Plus, you should establish her pay when you contact her. In our case she deducts her pay from our monthly remitance and keeps an accounting of the whole shabang.

I think they gave the sq meters at 112. That building is on it which will provide a little rubble for the backfill.

We have pics on Dolores's comp of the very early work we did on our seawall. I'll post them from Oregon or remind me when you visit in April.

The "before" pictures will be very enlightening.

I'm guestimating your property is about 9 meters deep. If the same goes for this property, then it'd be about 12 meters long, or about 29 feet deep by 39 feet long.

I got a PM from him last night. His plane was refueling in Taiwan. He's probably flying in the U.S. right now, heading for Eugene and then over the coastal mountains to Florence.

He says he'll need to get a ISP once he gets back. So we might not hear from him for a few days.

NetNet will likely be posting a few pics of the progress on whatever project is being worked on, plus family pics and who knows, ought to be fun to see.

The beach is in Garcia, very close to Jagna where alot of the people come from. Most at the party were family and nieghbors from Jagna.

We miss it so much. It's cold here in Oregon and we're getting back into our work mode, getting jobs, jumping through hoops. Life in the real world. Got some good news though. Went to our accountant today and the taxes aren't nearly as bad as I thought they might be. So we can have more in the Phils next go round.

That's exactly right. NetNet will only be in Jagna on Saturdays until June when she starts college at BIT around the corner from our place. She'll be managing the college girls boarding house at our place too.

She does exist though. She's just a little young and still very shy. We miss her and all our family there.

Also, she hasn't really gotten the trick of noticing other people's posts. She's never been on the internet or handled a computer before. She had to learn to work the mouse and everything after and picked it up quick. She's on the right.
