For those of you who don't know what's going on, during my recent visit with Lancer, I thought it'd be a cool idea to build a vacation house near Lancer's new place.Originally posted by Lancer

Teresa's been canvassing the neighborhood, looking for a suitable place for me to build.
These are the first pics of a place she's found.
I have concerns. The place where my future house would stand looks to be only about 2-3 feet above sea level. Lancer's place has a seawall that's, what, 6-8 feet high? When the big waves hit in July, I think this place is going to be getting flooded.
Also, it's hard to tell what the boundries are. Do we know how long and wide the property is?Comment

Lancer was in the hospital for three days shortly before I got there. It cost him $60. So that's the platform: Quality, affordable healthcare.
