Net, one more thing. Please ask Sho to make the cement countertop go from inside the kitchen to the outside. It's nice if the countertop goes maybe one foot outside. That way if someone is inside cooking then they can push plates and stuff out for people to take. Plus, we can put a few high chairs outside and people can sit there and eat on the counter outside and talk to the cook and people washing dishes.
Ask him to do the one foot inside/outside countertop on both windows in the corner of the house. So the counter will be smooth from inside to out. That means just one flat pour and when we get to the tile later it will be one flat run of tile right through the windows. (No tile now though) If Sho doesn't understand these instructions then we need to talk some more about it. Make sure he feels confident that he understands. You can show him this writing.
If he doesn't understand I'll talk to him on the phone.
Also, the cieling in the CR & shower room should be done before the rain will hurt the doors. Ask Sho what we need for supplies for that and also for pouring the ground floor of the house. The cielings should come next though, before the floor of the house.
So, we need to know how many bags of cement and also the metal bar...and how many pesos it will cost.
