              Beethoven's Late Piano Sonatas(Earlier ones are good too), 4th concerto(5th too).
              Liszt and Mozart have some good stuff too.

                          Although Rhapsody in Blue is better as an orchestral piece, it is certainly quite good (and impressively difficult) as a piano solo:
