Paleolithic humans were lucky to live into their 30s. You have got to be kidding me. The body can, in most cases, sustain the bizarre diet you have at the expense of muscle tissue, endurance, potential damage to your gastrointestinal tract, nutrient malabsorption, impaired liver function, anemia, kidney stones and hypoglycemia.

I tried once before and absolutely couldn't, I went mad with hunger, but after a bit more Buddhist practise I could easily fast for 20 hours without a tinge of discomfort. It's now more a matter of "Why not?" rather than "why?". I have more energy and time by eating less.

It lowers your metabolism and you often end up storing food because you stlil consume a lot of categories but you can't use them all at once. So also you are mor etired at later portions of the day.
For max metabolism and growth, comsuing 4-6 meals per day is recommended.

We have a good idea of what humans naturally eat, and their diets are almost always one based around plants with a small amount of animal protein thrown in here and there.If you don't like reality, change it! me

But it's important to recognize; that I felt really quite bad at those times. Like, I just couldn't be bothered eating, or I was too distracted by video games...
It wasn't an eating routine - it was a lack of routine.
It was terrible.
Once I started living the wholesome life and not remaining in a state of perpetual distraction and suppression, I had to start getting along with hunger and dietary requirements in a responsible way.
That was with three square meals, until I learned to overcome non-useful hunger.
Basically there are two types of hunger.
The first, is "The body requires calories and nutrients, please put food in hole"
The second, is "I feel bad. You must put food in the hole! That always make me feel better!"
I still have the first type of hunger, which is comparable to the urge to pee, there's nothing wrong with it.
I'm virtually free of the second kind of hunger.
In large part, because I simply feel really good virtually all of the time.
