It's worse actually. He's apparently some sort of self-loathing bigot.

Self-loathing? No, dear Wezil, I have embraced the evil, and want to perfect it.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

Have you tried taking my advice? We evil masters on poly need some feedback, before giving further wisdom
Modern man calls walking more quickly in the same direction down the same road “change.”
The world, in the last three hundred years, has not changed except in that sense.

Haven't yet had a chance to join the communist party and grow a goatee, I'm afraid.

I really think he should start with the sand castles. Because a lot of the things suggested are also against the law and stuff (ie stealing), or ruin peoples lives (ie capitalism). I think it's best to stick with the kind of evil which only ruins peoples day and causes angry mobs to form. The petty and unusual evil. Maybe the angry mobs will get arrested instead.

So go to the beach and kick over sand castles and offer icecreams to children then throw it in the sand, stamp on it and tell the child to go cry to mummy.

Take Wezil suggestion but jazz it up by using black sheets and a flag with black stars and black stripes, it would be sardonically evil.
Companions the creator seeks, not corpses, not herds and believers. Fellow creators, the creator seeks - those who write new values on new tablets. Companions the creator seeks, and fellow harvesters; for everything about him is ripe for the harvest. - Thus spoke Zarathustra, Fredrick Nietzsche

                          Try this:

Marry a French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. Make sure she's 14 years old or this won't work.

Then when she gives birth to a child, place him inside a burlap bag and beat him when he's insolent. Give him his first scribe, and teach him how to make meat helmets in between summers in Rangoon and luge lessons. Meanwhile, cheat on your wife Chloe with other women, while drinking wine and making outrageous claims like having invented the question mark - the sort of malaise that wise men suffer from and fools lament.

When your son reaches puberty, ritualistically shave his scrotum for a truly breathtaking experience.

Then when Apolyton is insolent, have the entire group liquidated.
