That stupid ***** was a snotty nose brat once. I hope she dies in a car wreck caused by black ice when there is less than 8cm of snow.

I'm sure she didn't call other people to whine about going to school.

I guess that anger management class was less than successful.

But we know that she did call somebody's house to whine about a voicemail.

Why should a school be closed anyway if there are 8 cm of snow on the ground? It's not like it's biting cold, you just have to wear boots that are at least 8cm high and go to school like on any other day.

Different places have different attitudes to snow. If it snowed 3 inches in Atlanta, the entire city would be closed (never mind schools). Hell, I've seen school closings because there was the CHANCE of snow the next day.

However, the real issue is this ******* kid calling the home of the official. Obviously he wanted to be a *****. I can't imagine it's difficult to find the number of the guy's work.

Don't forget that American suburbs and cities are pretty much car-necessary. Even a small amount of snow can turn to dangerous black ice if it warms up, then cools again. For a family car, that can be a high risk. It can be an even greater risk for those large, unwieldy yellow school buses that the U.S. education system uses to pick up its students.

Like I said above, the main concern for traffic planners in the area was the large amount of traffic (especially close to the I-495 Beltway zone and the suburbs nearby) and the disrupting effects of accidents.

I'm sorry, I don't care where you live, if you don't want to go to school because of 3 inches of snow you are a goddamned *****.

                        6 inches, maybe. 3? Never.

What makes this kid wrong is not the fact that he called the house.

It's the fact that, after being *****ed out on the phone over something he shouldn't have done, he puts the guys picture, email, and phone number on his myspace/facebook page.

This is the really invasion of privacy.

Of course, we don't know the full message that the kid left, but it sounds like it wasn't very nice either, based upon the wife's response. The wife was a tad over the top, but generally speaking I'm in her corner on this one.

If after calling the office he didn't get a satisfactory answer to his question, do you think he honestly thought that if he could only reach someone at the guys house he might be able to convince them to cancel school through the force of his "brilliance"? The idiot deserved to be *****ed out unless you think teenagers have a built in reluctance to skip school.

I'm on her side too. It was too late to cancel school, he was just "demanding an explanation" or some crap like that. Whatever.
