The key would be figuring out where the bottom is, or having a long enough time horizon that timing that isn't really a big deal (that's my approach).
We'll probably jump in at the end of the month or early Feb.

Actually, most people with disposable income aren't saving or investing, they're spending it on **** they don't need.
